Administrateur Infra Microsoft / Vmware (M/F)

Missions :

• Infrastructure Project Management: Manage one or more infrastructure projects, ensuring oversight, accountability, and successful execution of deliverables.
• System Deployment & Configuration: Oversee the deployment of new systems, including the setup, configuration, and management of Microsoft and VMware infrastructure.
• Planning and Design: Participate in planning workshops, assist in drafting infrastructure designs, and contribute to defining technical project specifications for Microsoft and VMware-based solutions.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor network and infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve them promptly to ensure system reliability and uptime.
• Security & Compliance: Implement and modify secure infrastructure according to company standards and security best practices.
• Documentation & Reporting: Draft test plans, supervise their execution, manage identified bugs, and report progress on infrastructure-related projects.
• Change Management: Lead and manage change processes for infrastructure modifications, ensuring proper documentation and minimal disruption to services.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks within infrastructure projects and develop mitigation plans to prevent delays or system failures.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Regularly engage with stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors, to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes, focusing on automation, security, and system performance.

Profile:

• Strong expertise in Microsoft infrastructure technologies (e.g., Windows Server, Active Directory, O365) and VMware environments (e.g., vSphere, vCenter, vSAN).
• Experience in managing cloud services, particularly Azure, and integrating cloud-based services with on-premise infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Web Architecture for Applications and a good understanding of networking protocols and best practices.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, managing infrastructure deployments, system integrations, and maintaining Microsoft and VMware environments.
• Proven experience with infrastructure project management, particularly in tasks such as the deployment of new systems, infrastructure monitoring, and security enhancements.
• Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify technical challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Project management capabilities, including the ability to define objectives, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Strong risk management skills, capable of identifying, mitigating, and managing potential infrastructure risks.
• High degree of responsibility and accountability for system performance and project outcomes.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce clear documentation and deliver updates to management and stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and intermediate in English
