- Mastery of Datastage and Oracle technologies
- Strong background in developing technical frameworks
- Fluent in French, both written and spoken
- Solid foundation in banking and financial industry
- Excellent communication and technical team coordination skills

- Experience in project management and agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure
