- Performing tests to assess the compliance of the company’s organization, processes and controls in line with our CMP.
- Preparation, execution, documentation of design tests and operating effectiveness tests and formulation of conclusions on the compliance of the processes and controls in place within in line with the CMP.
- The mission covers the investment services and products provided.
- The mission covers the FEC, Conduct, Organisational themes of the Risk Compliance Catalogue.
- The scope of the controls and processes to be tested is defined in collaboration with the Compliance department.
